  • You will secure the happiness of our Key Customer within the Energy Automation business managing one of the most important projects for this account
  • You will collaborate with the BU to ensure an accurate and effective project setup
  • You will work together with our engineering and technicians to meet the customer requirements, deadlines and secure the Project Profit Pools
  • You will interface also with our procurement and logistics to select the best suppliers in terms of prices, quality and delivery
  • You will lead all partners to ensure or improve the profitability of the assigned projects
  • You will implement and develop a business and customer oriented project management culture inside our organization

And in the middle term?

  • You will become the leading Senior Project Manager within our Organization for our main Frame Contract Project over the next four years

What do I need to qualify for this job?

  • At least 10 years of Project experience (e.g. PM@SIEMENS Certification Level), data management and SAP environment (or another CRM)
  • Proof seniority in managing Level B or C Projects within a Consortium with a Leading role
  • Experience with electrical industry, utilities, or electrical infrastructure markets
  • Extensive Experience with Italian Public Customers
  • Degree or diploma qualified in engineering (preferred in Electrical engineering)
  • Good Knowledge of Logistics and Export Control Processes
  • Intercultural experience and team building skills

  • Svolgerai un colloquio di selezione con un Recruiter di Siemens per valutare le tue potenzialità, le tue motivazioni e ricevere feedback

  • Essere Laureandi in ingegneria, iscritti al 5° anno della laurea magistrale, di uno dei seguenti corsi di laurea: Ingegneria informatica, Ingegneria matematica, Ingegneria fisica, Ingegneria elettrica, Ingegneria automazione, Ingegneria energetica, Ingegneria aerospaziale, Ingegneria dei Trasporti
  • Inglese e Italiano almeno B2

IT COMMUNICATION & CHANGE MANAGEMENT SUPPORT INTERNSHIP

We are currently looking for an IT Communication & Change Management Support Internship for our Information Technology Department in our Headquarter in Milan. The purpose of this training project is to acquire skills concerning IT Promotion, Communication & Change Management activities. The internship will give you an overview about the IT tools and methods and how they can support digitalization of the way of working for Siemens Employees in Italy.

Which are my activities and my tasks?

With the constant presence of a company tutor the intern will actively collaborate both within the international IT project team and the Italian IT team for the implementation of the digitization campaign called “DigiPass Initiative”, contributing to the organization, promotion and communication of the campaign towards Siemens employees in Italy.

  • Support in the field of communication (definition of a plan for online promotion of the campaign through internal social, InfoSession, etc.) for the DigiPass IT internal campaign.
  • Translation activities of the online app and content (communications, articles, scripts, posts, video texts/training sessions) of the DigiPass IT internal campaign.
  • Support in the organization (using internal IT tools) and in the definition of the contents of local trainings / masterclasses / workshops and eventually lead/support the conduction of some online sessions (in Italian language).

What do I need to qualify for this job?

  • High School Degree or Bachelor Degree
  • Excellent knowledge of Italian & English language (spoken, written)
  • Strong Experience with Microsoft 365 online suite (Teams, SharePoint online, Stream, OneDrive, PowerPoint, etc.)

TECHNICAL SALES CONSULTANT GENERAL MOTION CONTROL

Your main responsibilities

  • Analyze customer requirements as per drive and motion functionalities and support customer to implement the best configurations and solutions HW and SW
  • Visit customers to explore their needs, train them on new products and develop new business opportunities on assigned target customers
  • Support Sales Department in daily sales activities.
  • Test specific functionalities to be implemented into customer SW for  their machines and plants
  • Test and develop use cases with drive platforms to show the advantages of our systems.
  • Develop skills in digitalization key topics for the drive systems.

Your qualifications

  • You Have an Electrical or Automation Engineering degree or technical Diplome

Proven professional experience in similar role

  • You are fluent in Italian and English
  • You have the aspiration to develop a technical path and grow into a future sales role
  • You have familiarity with power systems, electrical machines, drives technology
